A 1.6mm plate has very low rigidity; conventional clamping warps it under stress and the required flatness becomes unreachable. We designed an in-house vacuum chuck that holds the part by uniform negative pressure, eliminating clamping distortion — the key to achieving flatness.
Whole-surface flatness held to 0.02mm even in 1.6mm thin-plate form, meeting the seating and assembly requirements of electronic carrier plates.
Multiple hole positions are milled in one setup, all held within ±0.02mm to keep every hole accurately aligned on the plate.
