In-House Vacuum-Chuck Fixture

A 1.6mm plate has very low rigidity; conventional clamping warps it under stress and the required flatness becomes unreachable. We designed an in-house vacuum chuck that holds the part by uniform negative pressure, eliminating clamping distortion — the key to achieving flatness.

Whole-surface flatness held to 0.02mm even in 1.6mm thin-plate form, meeting the seating and assembly requirements of electronic carrier plates.
