Quality Control Process
AnDong runs three stages of quality control, from raw material to finished part shipment, to ensure every part meets the customer's drawing requirements.
First-Article Inspection (FAI)
100% dimensional inspection on the first part of every order to verify program and fixturing before production runs begin.
In-Process Inspection
Periodic sampling of critical dimensions during production to catch tool wear and dimensional drift early.
Final Inspection
Pre-shipment final inspection; dimensional inspection reports (FAI / IPQC) issued per customer requirement and shipped with parts.
Inspection Equipment
- Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) — complex precision dimensional measurement
- Profile projector — contour, hole position, and angle measurement
- 2.5D vision measurement system — fast 2D dimensional inspection
- Surface roughness tester — Ra / Rz surface finish inspection
- Digital calipers, micrometers, depth gauges — fast basic dimensional checks
- Plug gauges, ring gauges, pin gauges — hole and shaft tolerance verification
Networked Real-Time Traceability
AnDong's in-house production management system, integrated with networked machine monitoring, records production progress, machine operation status, and shift output for every order in real time. Any quality issue can be traced back to the machine and timestamp, building a complete quality history.
Certifications & Guarantees
- All shipped parts conform to customer drawing tolerances
- Material certificates (Mill Certs) and inspection reports provided
- Defective parts are reworked or refunded under warranty
