Pure titanium has poor heat conduction, galls easily and springs back; low speed, high feed and dedicated tooling control tool temperature and dimensions — far harder than steel.
External 1"-14 and internal M28×P1.0 threads are formed on one part, with thread form and fit achieved in process.
Hex wrench flats are milled; titanium combines high strength with light weight, ideal for premium pneumatic tools.
